How is after sales service of Acer and Asus laptops..

I am planning to buy Asus K53SW laptop but confused due to the after sales service of ASUS in india.ASUS users please reply..

In many cases Asus support by Rashi in India is not up to the mark,Also after warranty spares such as battery/original adapter etc for Asus still not available in the country.For acer its spares are easily available.
 
Don't the Asus come with on site warranty?
I'm buying one in Chennai, soon, so if some thing goes thing with laptop, where do I take it to?
Based on replies, I'll have to decide between Asus and HP.
 
After sales service of Acer is really good as far as my experiance, I have had an Acer laptop and got many issues fixed, parts replaced in very less time.

I couldn't find any Asus laptop at Anna nagar, Chennai. When I asked at CROMA, that guy got confused. :p

Thanks mate, I'll go for Asus then. had requested flip kart for self pick up of laptop from their Bangalore warehouse. :D I don't trust the courier people, they handle these things with "least"care. :p

Edit:
since last week, I've been browsing thru mobile, new job, new location, desktop back at home. That's why i'm not able to find enough info on warranty....
 
Pretty satisfied with Asus on-site warranty. Neoteric handles the pickup & drop at least in Mumbai region. Definitely recommended..
 
I am currently in Chennai.Can anyone tell how is the after sales service of ASUS in chennai region .
