Earlier before we had this cartel of tatasky, and other dth operators, we had cable connections, any complaints they used to visit and rectify free of charge, as monthly we used pay for getting service and onus is there that they have to give uninterrupted services.
Now these operators are raising the package fees to their whims and fancies and they are charges by their own norms of charges fleecing helpless customers, for just a visit of technician for the services we are getting after paying the monthly rentals, this should not be charged , aren't they obligated to send and ensure that we get proper service ? Should we lose money paying through our pockets which we are entitled to get the services ?
