How many credit cards do you have?

With different cards offering different benefits, every once in a while, I feel like applying for a new card. But I already have 3 and am wondering if having too many has any downsides. Of course, managing the bills is one, and I'm quite annoyed by it sometimes since there's no good aggregation/automation platform. But I think I can manage if I fall into the routine.

So how many credit cards do you have? (especially aimed at people whose expenses with credit cards are more than 50k a month).

Theres already one threads which sums up all CC discussions..

That serves a completely different purpose. There is this recommendation thread -

Can you disclose which cards you're holding?

Sure, why not.
I have HDFC Millennia, ICICI Amazon, and Flipkart Axis. Only ICICI is lifetime free.

I got Millennia only 2 months ago. My usage of ICICI CC has gone down significantly after getting it as Millenia offers straight to account cashback, making it better for small purchases.

I've been thinking of applying for SBI or IndusInd cards as they have good offers on MMT, which I use frequently.

Apply for SBI Cashback - personally would choose SBI over Millenia because Millenia cashback calculation is incorrect many times recently
Cashback card not eligible for instant discounts on e-com sites
Cashback card gives 5% on most of the merchants compared to select few for Millenia

Have a personal agenda against HDFC for gatekeeping their CCs

IndusInd Legend you can get for instant discounts and it's always issued as LTF nowadays

And considering yours spends are high then I recommend more expensive cards

Any option to get Millenia ltf?

Lol, not a big fan of any of these banks. But I have salary account with HDFC and have owned this card for 8 years. Just upgraded I'm cashback to Millenia 2 months ago. This is also the only card I have which has a high credit limit.

I have their salary account and have owned the card for ages. Still need to meet spend limit to get annual fee waiver. So far it's never been a problem as I had only one card till a year and half ago. Will have to monitor now.

Which bank would you prefer out of the ones which can service you?

I'm considering millenia as it's being offered ltf but i don't have an account with them. Do they give cashback details for each transaction in their statement mail?

Based on feedback I see here and on Reddit, all I can say is your experience will not be the same as mine. Different people praise one bank over the other.

Mostly, you don't need to deal with the bank personally these days, everything happens online. So you don't need to worry a lot. People do tend to have a more positive opinion of ICICI over HDFC. Personally, my experience isn't all that bad. Apart from my 1-year long struggle to get my CC address changed, everything else has gone smoothly.

SBI Card has the worst customer support among all major credit card companies in India. If you think Millennia cb calculation is incorrect then wait till you see sbi card calculations & reversals.

I've used the cashback card since it was first launched and have always received correct amount of cashback on all MCCs

CB card was launched with much fanfare but as expected the sever misuse already started its downfall starting with monthly cb limit reduction from 10k to 5k. You probably use it on major known ecomm platforms like amazon/fk/myntra etc but ppl already started complaining about various travel portals incorrectly calculating cb as "travel-railway" category a few weeks back 7 the situation is only going to get worse.
