PC Peripherals How many fans does your chassis have?

5 fans not counting the CPU cooler and GPU fans.

2 front intakes, 2 exhausts on top, 1 exhaust behind. All 2000 rpm PWM 120mm.

Ps. Is anyone using the "fan control" software from GitHub?
I saw the review of "fan control" on jayz2cent. It looks interesting but i don't think that an average user needs that fine control. Especially in India where we have ceiling fans , table fans , AC and the never ending neighborhood construction. All this causes so much noise that the CPU fan is barely audible. :p

don't think so, but anyway, there are available here in case you're interested

Well if it wasn't out of stock yet, it will be now , btw PWM ones are available too if anyone wants to grab a pair or two.

Thanks for the link... I usually prefer to buy on amazon 99% of the time due to their replacement policy.
Will wait for a few days and see if it will be available on amazon.

^out of stock, and they're going to rec a major price revision
oof, I have a unused 5-pack of P12 fans and I recently decided to keep them for a rainy day.

Back on topic, this is my first RGB PC. I had planned to use those P12 fans in this case but ended up using TT ARGB fans instead

That’s a thermaltake case ? Suits it well

My current rig has around 11 fans-

3x120x38mm front (from Delta 4000rpm, Sunon 6200rpm and Nidec 5600rpm)

3x120mm top (Pccoler argb fans (2000rpm) x2 + Silverstone air blazer)

1x 120mm exhaust Silverstone air blazer

1x120mm noctua ippc + 1x140mm noctua 140mm on nh-d15

1x140mm thermalaright 2500rpm fan on side

1x40mm Delta 10000rpm fan on top of gpu backplate XD

All of them running would definitely remind of a jet, but I run them to maintain 45-50db with the help of some nifty sound damping and changing to prescision bearing for the industrial fans.

can someone help me understand how to fit 2 fans at the top of psu shroud in corsair 5000D airflow. I am so confused on how to do it...

One day it will take of.

Just checked and it doesn't seem to the case that you can install fans on the PSU shroud.

Your use case makes sense though. Blow intake air directly into the GPU fan(assuming no vertical mount) instead of sideways with a front panel fan.

I was looking at the O11 for that use case only but gave up since cleaning intake fans mounted at the bottom will need to be pretty regular. :P
