13 to say "do a Google search on light bulbs before posting questions about light bulbs"

3 to say, the voltage may fluctuate and the bulb can burst due to high voltage or wont glow properly due to low voltage.
 
3 to ask to make the libhtbulb thread a sticky so all n00b fusebulbs sould see it. :P

2 to ask about imported bulb warranty.

1 bulb guru to mention the OEM of the bulb and how that makes the bulb superior to other lightbulbs.
