Are you using any band, watch, app to track your workout?
No company sadly. I ride aloneI use amazefit watch to track. Do you have a company? It's more engaging with a company when I go alone as soon as I start panting I get done for the day thoughts.
I wear one of those tube like cloths (from decathlon) over my nose to neck area. Not sure what it's called. Stops a bit of pollution. Plus the area I stay in has decent AQI levels.Don't you guys worry about the pollution? I'd be more worried about pollution than getting hit by other vehicles.
I am from Pune. But in thane, you will find lot of folks riding. You can find them on Strava as well. I dont have cycle and miss it really in Thane, upavan area where my brother stays but its lovely area to ride as well.Thane. Wbu?
Lol, the first thing I thought when I saw his handle. I got up to 100kg and did not go further.Slight OT,
What's your squat PR?
200kg is very near to natural limits for an average joe who is training for 5-10 years.I've seen people cross 200 and strap their knees up.
200 isn't natural limits for intermediates. 200 as a 1RM ( proper form - ass to grass) is not really easy.200kg is very near to natural limits for an average joe who is training for 5-10 years.
But those you saw pushing 200 are juicing.
Oh damn. Ligaments injuries take a really long time to heal. I hope everything's okay now. Also very very unfortunate but I have had 2 surgeries on my knee. The other knee too is ****ed up. Years of football and multiple ligament tears. The nickname comes from here, not the weightroom.
Sadly, it's not. I have stopped football altogether. No more contact sports / pivoting sports for me. Straight line jogging / cycling / light weights. Need to prolong knee function for as long as possible.Oh damn. Ligaments injuries take a really long time to heal. I hope everything's okay now.
