How much I can buy this TV for?

getting a second TV for home. Buying an used one from OLX. 47 inch LG Smart 3D TV 6-7 years old. Usage only 1000 hours for whatever reason. I dont know why the user has used it less. I didnt ask yet.

How much I can pay for this provided the usage hours is genuine?

and btw can the usage hrs be edited or modified if there is a repair?

It can be reset using the lg service remote. Not sure about setting a custom value.
