Ok, what I quoted was a lil exaggerated

Look at it this way...A regular guy earning say 50K a month (take-home) would have ~25K (50%) left after covering basic expenses (Rent, Travel. Food, utilities etc.)
A guy earning 4K (take-home) in the US would have something like 1K (25%) after covering the same basic expenses....
now even though tech stuff may be cheaper, you are not going to spend all of your disposable income on it na?
