PC Peripherals How much power my pc consumes

I want to how much power my pc consumes say in one hour(in idle state) when it is downloading my dad is blaming me for the increase in the electricity bill:@

my rig is on for about 16 hours a day.:)

Moniter speakers are all off while downloading and also does the adsl modem and wifi router consumes huge amt of power.
 
lol same problem here. dad told me hes getting huge bills because my pc is on for 20 hours a day. :P
 
I am using my rig for download for more then 15 hrs, almost most of the days very much egar to see the electric bill this month.

considering 1 unit in 6 hrs , average of 5-7 hrs ,
thats : 4 units in 24 hrs = 1 day
thats ~ 16 buks per day @ 4 buks a unit approx.
thats ~ 30*16 = 480 buks per month

BUT if those extra units are causing exceed the quota / min limit of unit consumption the unit rate considerably changes :@ and 'that' might be causing high bills ...... cut all downloads for a month and check :)
 
^ 4 bucks a unit?? Its much more for REL users. :P
Divide your final bill with the no. of units consumed for the month and that's what it actually costed you. :)
