I have plenty of old LPs lying around of Amitabh Bachchan era movies (like Abhimaan, Kranti etc.) from my parents LP collection. Does anyone have any idea what should be their value now. Can I sell it on Ebay and what shud I price it around? The condition is average. The covers etc are intact and the LPs are in good condition though you can make out that they've been used a lot.

According to Ebay these things sell for about Rs. 100/- each. eBay India - LP, Music, Home Audio, Scanners items at low prices

Cant believe people will pay that much for 1. Or is it better to hang on to them for now and wait for them to become more rare?

Also anyone interested in exchanging Archies? I have 25-30 Digests and Double digests lying around.

how much are you selling the archies for

Dont wanna sell them. No point selling them for half price and buying new ones for MRP and losing half the value in the process (I am a Maroo you see :) )

Was hoping to exchange Digests/Double Digests in equal quantity with someone. This way both can read new comics and we dont have to pay for new ones. After all both old and new comics are going to give you equal entertainment.

@Chaos
Only have Hindi ones.

I'm not sure if anyone would buy unless you find an audiophile with a turntable and one who listens to hindi film music. Generally both are mutually exclusive :P.

Lol .. I kinda thought the same thing. But if you check the ebay link eBay India - LP, Music, Home Audio, Scanners items at low prices, either these LPs are just listed here and are finding no buyers, or there is a market for them among collectors and such.

And anyway, there might be old people who like to use their old gramophones for a nostalgic feeling or retro-snobbery.
