I am rite aka Techboy.
I don't know which email id I used for my username rite. How do I reset my new password without that email id? :(
Please help me...:(

I have a similar issue. My ID is Ethan_Hunt and after multiple tries, I finally got to know what E-mail address I registered with back when I joined in '05. Trouble is, it's some shitty old rediffmail address, which I stopped using, right after I created it. So could you please reset my password or change my e-mail address, so that I can re-log in?

How can we be sure you are ethan_hunt.
 
I may be wrong, but didnt registration with TE need a short interview type form earlier?

Has that been removed, or am I just misremembering?

Let's see. I recall placing a call to Gannu earlier stating the nature of my problem. I suppose he alerted you, or so he said. I'm not sure what happened after that. The e-mail address that I signed up with was an extremely old one. One which I don't use anymore, nor do I recall it's password. If you're concerned about my identity, then you could perhaps set Gannu's email in there and he can validate my authenticity. I'm not sure how else I'm supposed to "re-validate" myself.
 
Sure. Heck, if you're still skeptical, you could drop a call to Gannu and we can conference the call for my eligibility. :)

same issue with my id girish925.. had to create a new id to access te... ..got a mail frm te admins but still password reset not happening :(

I was told it was 5 seconds by Rediff, seeing as how confidential my missions usually are. :D

Anyhoo, Renegade, got my password reset and E-mail address changed. Thanks for that and to Gannu for coordinating it. But I still hate this new look, was content with the old one.
 
Glad I could be of some help Allwyn. Like I said yesterday night, I had a farewell party around 8 PM and came back home around 11. Could not log into TE since we intended to watch Game of Thrones E7 and crash. And then came your call. When I opened TE from work, I saw a couple of PMs from Eddy and Renu. Called you up straight away.
