How to add copyright logo/image on snaps?

I need to put the "xyz photography" logo on some of my clicks for web upload. I have got the logo image as jpeg file. Please guide me how can i put that in corner of my picture. I have photoshop CS6 and Lightroom along with nikon capture nx-d ready installed right now on my macbook air.
I can install any other app as well but it should do the work.

1) open both the files in photoshop
2) copy paste logo onto photograph (ctrl-a, ctrl-c, ctrl-v )
3) logo will automatically be placed on a separate layer, on top of your photograph (check 'Layers' window). resize it (ctrl-t) and move it to corner (v, arrow keys).
4) set the desired opacity. ('Layers' window -> right click layer -> select 'blending options')

There are tons of tutorials for this on online. Just google it.
You can make this watermark in CS6 and create it as a brush and use it.
In LR, when exporting there is an option to add watermark.

LR is creating some issue with that watermark thing. its not appearing. Got it with PS. Thnks
