how to avail transcend warranrty?

i'm planning to buy a transcend digital photo frame from ebay.in.how will i avail the warranty if there is some problem.
will i hav to send it to usa or to retailer from whom i buy the item.it has 1yr manufacturers warranty.
are there any transcend service centres in india?
 
AFAIK there are no transend warranty centers...even for transend pen drives / ram - we need to return it to the dealer from where it has been bought and then its his headache to get it exchanged from his distributors while the distributors deal with the company....in short its a nightmare if u dont have good relationship with ur dealer and he doesnt have one with his distributor....i would suggest u look at other better options and stay away from the deal if u dont know the dealer personally......in the end its ur call......
