Yeah. I feel dmart here actually offers good deals and prices. Like today I saw 2.25 liter coke bottles 1+1 free. Good deal if you actually need it (like you have a party or something), bad deal if you buy only because of the offer.
 
My mother totally gets ripped off by these offers; she's learned how to avoid them now though. They are so irresistible that when she went out to shop daily groceries, she would come back with things which we didn't need in the first place. Most of the things that have good offers are actually very unhealthy, and the first step to eat healthy is to stop buying crap food, and not have it in your refrigerator or within your hand's reach.

Yeah healthy stuff is never on sale and unhealthy stuff is always on some stupid sale which entices lot of people. Single piece of kiwi fruit at 30 Rs while various squash and crush bottles sell for 70-80 Rs which are nothing but less fruit, more sugar and preservatives and makes lots of glasses of the juice.
