how to burn ps3 games to blank cd's?

1.i need to know what kind of cd i need

2.what program(s) to use to burn the game to the cd

3.and is this even possible?

it is possible, need a blank blue ray dvd, a dvd drive that support blu ray, don't know what programm but cannot play such a game on the ps3 because there is no way to mod it

Are you serious? Even if you manage to buy a Blu-Ray burner and burn a game on a Blu-Ray the PS3 won't play the burned games. Only way to play games on PS3 is to buy original ones. The sites you mentioned are probably phishing sites.

So, no. You can't play burned games on a PS3.
