How to claim Unclaimed EPF amount which you leave when you leave your old job and forget about it

Oh ok, I see the confusion. What I meant was it has to be pre-approved by employers. With UAN replacing PF, it is supposed to do away with transfers. Additionally when you try to file a transfer claim on UAN it takes you to EPFO which is not really a full proof system.
 
the transfer is obviously for scenarios before UAN was implemented. in the future this wont be applicable because you have a UAN.
UAN and EPFO are anyways the same parent EPF Govt Org websites. it doesn't have to be pre-approved.
it has to be approved post raising the request :)

There is a minor spelling mistake in a single letter both in my first name and fathers name(middle) in my uan account as seen from uan website..
Dunno whether the same mistake has been made in my of account hence the sane us reflected in uan..or the mistake is only with uan..

Anyway I guess this may create a problem..

I have already applied for withdraw from my prev company...

So how should I proceed now
