How to configure Tata Indicom router??

Got a new connection from Tata Indi ultd 384kbps plan.

After plugging the router(D-Link GLB-502C) to the switch we cant share files on the network, cant even ping other IPs, but all the 6 PCs can surf the internet.

192.168.1.1 brings up a nice configuration webinterface but dosent make much sense to me. the configuration page looks exactly like this GS8100 Configuration Manager GUI

How do i get more out of the router?? :angel1: :devil2:

I have the same router and its turning out to be a PITA.

It wont forward ports no matter what i do.upnp works tho,but im not happy to leave upnp enabled.Takes a bit of time for ppp authentication and dhcp.

I cant find much support on web with the model name,which makes me think this is some old renamed junk.

what is the d-link GLB-502C adoptor volage and ac or dc and amperage.

Hope this helps i have tata Indicom myself should be to help you...i have been able to setup my router so it always on(PPP & Wan light on) i dont need to do the PPP everytime ...
