Are you absolutely sure its not number-farming-Bot ?
see the canned response, either the guy coded this is dumb, or he is just following orders!
being a customer for over decade, with xperia account active at this time.
I get 10 spam sms from them everyday, after numerous complaint & it says the same for my number as well.

whenever I try to login to CIBIL, I get greeted by this from last 2 months (i suppose) with a new UI of CIBIL.

RBI has made it mandatory for credit beaureaus to provide people with 1 free credit report every year.

All I did was goto CIBIL's website and click on the 'get your free credit score link' on the homepage.
After that I filled a few details, entered my PAN details to authorize me, got an OTP to verify me and I was able to access my score and report.
The only reason I bothered to do this was because I applied for an Amex Credit Card, and I was curious what my CIBIL score was
(the RM mentioned my limit would be based on my CIBIL score, amongst other factors)

Agreed... in fact when I wanted to check my score I remembered there was a thread on TE and I searched for this and got to know about the SMS spam.
Now however, you can get a free report, so no need to bother with those crap sites...
Also, people who have not taken any credit till now, useless to try. You'll get a -1 i believe, Even though you pay IT![DOUBLEPOST=1519230700][/DOUBLEPOST]

Calendar year. I checked my CIBIL score a few days back. My profile says that my next free report will be available on 1/1/2019.

Same for me too... till last year it was fine.. now suddenly there is a new two wheeler loan entry with year of 2002 is added(with the comment of wilful default)My score 780.
My report shows a Personal load that I have never taken!
How to get it rectified?

dispute form not accepting that entry. Last year score was around 870 and now its 826 - Status
