^ its simple....u get paid for the work you do....if u aint getting paid "without" any explanations what so ever , then u have to do this.....however before u stop supporting the project...u need to TALK regarding this with ur HOD -or- with your HR department regarding this....and ENSURE that once u go ahead and talk with the HR u mention to them that you arent getting paid for the work you are doing , inshort that will make u go on the backseat.....also I hope u have your Offer Letter / Joinee Letter in place....u sure need to be an officially employeed person in order to put forth your demands here......if u havent done so then the situation can have a total come around and they would ask U , why they should pay you when u aint an official employee.......secondly...during the project did u sign any bond ? / any legal doc / paper which said that you would need to complete the same and only then be paid after the completion of the same ?

all said and done......ur 1st step is COMMUNICATION .....2nd step is action...that too again in the correct way.......

P.S. : Think twice before you do anything...do think of the consequences that might arise out of the situation.....you really really dont wanna mess with BIG institutions / authorities unless you have effective and sufficient backup :) .....

:bleh: Please don't do as *suggested* think about the various factors and see how to go abt it..........everyone here has advised various options here....and the most common factor is 'communication'. See what reason you get from them....and in an official corporate environment its better to have communication over 'mail'. So shoot an email to the HR / Salary / Accounts Dept as well as communicate over the phone / in person.

As per your last post ( which I missed out on ) if its something that is going to cause 'monetary' loss and an inquiry and involve press and stuff......you sure be careful of what you are upto and in that case i suggest u defrain from any of the previous stuff / and previous suggestions and Follow the escalation matrix of your firm / organization pertaining to the issue. .......ur posts mentioned u were 'working' on something and not something already in actual environment........if it causes monetary / funtional loss externally then u are in a big soup altogether...like others said....it might affect your career entirely.....the blacklisting part surely happens.......and then u surely know our PRESS / MEDIA how they go about the stuff altogether.....everything is dragged into it.

Think what you want to do, and sleep for 8hrs or so then wake up and think if you still wanna do it..

Frankly speaking..3-4 months of work is not worth putting your entire career in risk..trust me it can happen with anybody..happens with us all the time..we do soo much work and in the end it boils donw to how much you bribe the corrupt officers, if the client cant afford it you're months of hardwork down the drain..

There will be a time to revenge your loss..but this is not the time..it happens with everyone..take it in stride and work hard and wait for your moment of glory..
Keep the sentiments aside and think rationally..You could have failed in school and lost a year...this is just 4months..
 
Well guys you are giving best suggestions but what if any of person from coolpepe company find this public thread and report same to seniors. coolpepe allready declared his intentions in thread, same might be dangerous for him.So i am suggesting coolpepe to delete whole thread by requesting to mods before he got caught.

so true....in times of frustration we think different........with a fresh mind we think different...until frustration gets to us again.......we do somethings in haste and repend laterz......:no: :no: :no: and yes...sorry abt the n00bish / childish or watever suggestions u call it before....please refrain from such factors....apologies.....:no:
