How to make cheapest Calls to Netherlands

Hi

I am looking for a way to call to netherlands in the cheapest way possible. Does anyone have any experience with VOIP/SIP service providers? But I think this will require Wifi always. I would not prefer such an option.

Are there any options in which I can call a local phone number and then it redirects my call to Netherlands because I dont want to be restricted by Wifi/3g. (Some kind of conference facility?)

some time ago i had heard some international calling plans by docomo at 1p/sec though i feel it may be for specific countries

I looked at their rates. The rate is mentioned as USD 0.11 / min for netherland mobiles which is very costly. Any other options?

If your friend is an FB friend and also owns an android/iPhone, download the Vonage FaceBook App(both ends) and use that to make free calls over Wifi/3G/4G. Simply login to the Vonage App using your FB a/c details and call your online FB friends for free.

Saved me a lot of hassle after google started banning American proxies over SSL for Google Voice. I know it uses Wifi/3G/4G but its cheap and requires only a power cable from my side!

If I had a friend who has android/iphone then i would rather use Skype! Why bother with this much hassle
