How to open a .000 extension file?

hai.
i recently downloaded a .000 extension file (6.26gb).but my PC doesn't know how to open it and neither do i.I searched google and found a software named ISO Buster that opens this file. but when opened it showed only some video and audio files of around 3.4MB.

another forum said this file can be opened using Winrar.this is the link.

i tried as said in the forum. but when i right click the file, winrar shows options to "Add" and "Compress" the file.

Now i m completely confused as to what to do.Plz suggest a solution to this problem.

whenever theres a extension problem try changing the extention itself and see which program it uses.... in case u still want to open it with winrar press shift and right click on the file and choose "open with" winrar.... or if tht doesnt work open winrar and direct the location to the file.... hope it helps

right click open with winrar and then use extract to some folder on ur hard disk
