How to overclock pentium 4

I am a noob regarding overclocking but want to overclock my pentium 4 506 2.66 Ghz.In my BIOS settings i don't have any option for overclocking.So please someone help me regarding it

Do you have a branded computer - as in Dell, HP or the like? If so, chances are that overclocking has been disabled. Post the screensnaps of CPUID here.

yes i have a 6 year old branded pc of HCL

MOBO-Asus P5GE-TVM Series

Ram I GB DDR 166 Mhz

Psu - no company but it is a 250w

processor - P4 506 2.66 Ghz

HDD - 80 GB

i suggest you dont bother about overclock as your motherboard seems to be locked for any overclocking.

plus your power supply is no brand name.

I thought that the companies provided OEM version of branded PSU.Is Clockgen(software) good for overclocking
