ac didn't fail during warranty, but my SE mobile phone did and it was replaced with a brand new box packed piece after they couldn't fix it! :hap2: it was in a diff colour though, but i didn't mind that!
 
I have to RMA mine aswell, a 400GB , few months old, luckily it gave indications and I was able to get a 100% backup.

nope still trying to recover some data from the disk. tried some 5-6 diff softwares till now. so whats the real phone no of the service center?
is it near the Pizza Hut building?

Its in a lane right opposite to Pizza Hut, the entrance of the lane has a board with "Accel Infoline" written on it.
 
Wow, the first time I connected the new disk and tried to format it, it sounded like someone was playing table tennis inside it :@ , shut down the PC instantly. It seems to be back to normal now, I hope this one doesnt crash aswell. :huh:
 
if u use hdtune software, check the hdd with it and see its health status.

any yellow background means its going to fail soon!
 
I took my 80 gig Samsung HDD for RMA and they gave me the same HDD back, after replacing the logic board.... But those A$$es didnt gave me back my data even after requesting and telling them that the logic board is faulty before handing over the HDD to them. Was searchin for a similar HDD for nearly 6 months, but finally gave it for RMA. The HDD is running strong but they extended my warranty by 2 years which was great....

So u never know what u will get...
