P Params7 Inactive Forerunner Jul 14, 2007 #2 burn using Nero Burning Rom : File - New - Burn - Set Speed - Select Speed from the drop down list - New Add your files, then hit Burn. I don't think there's a way to the speed if you're using Nero Startsmart/Nero Express.
