How to share mobile hotspot as home wifi?

During power cuts my home wifi internet doesn't work. The router works because it is connected to UPS, but I don't get internet from ISP. I want to have a system where I can just turn on my mobile hotspot, and the router automatically connects to it and uses it as a wan failover. And also potentially be able to do load balancing with my wired internet. How would I achieve such a setup? Or what search terms can I use to find such a setup?

Which ISP is this?

Do you have option to change ISP if other choices are available?

I have airtel, 40 mbps plan. I am staying in a rented house temporarily, don't really want to go through the process of disconnection and a new connection. I am more intersted in the theory, like what equipment/software/config would it take to acheive this, would it work as intended, would it boost internet speed, would it work with multiple hotspots etc.
