How to share my net connection between my PC,ps3 and iphone?

Complete noob here.wanna know how to share my internet connection(currently usign asianet internet) between my pc,ps3 and iphone(wifi).my lappy has a wifi connection.What other equipments would i need and at what cost? And if i go for a bsnl boradband connection which modem should i order ???
 
Your ISP must've given you a modem, right?? In that case, all you'd need is a wireless router. You can have your PC wired to the router, and the laptop, PS3 and iPhone connected wirelessly.

If you're going in for BSNL then it makes sense to get a single wifi router cum ADSL modem, will cost you upwards of 2.5k.

Configuring shouldn't be a problem since most routers have an easy to understand GUI, if you run into some problem, just post here :)
 
Depends on your budget, I guess. The Linksys WRT54G2/WRT54GL is a good entry-level router. If you're looking for N-series, then there's the WRT160N and the WRT320N.
 
i have the wifi router - the type 2 adsl router provided by bsnl- utstarcom

it cost me 1800 a year back

now it si for around 1600/-

its very good indeed

i use the same to connect my desktop via lan cable

my laptop and nokia e71 through wifi

all 3 work just perfectly
 
Thank you all.So just one final question...what's the market price of Linksys WRT54G2/WRT54GL and will it be compatible with all modems(have asianet connections)????
