PC Peripherals How to share Printer ?

I have 4 pc in my office so one of them desktop pc not able to given print.

in main computer pc it is in laning but i can not access he asked for user name and password ( Remote access denied)

please help me how access the that pc.

For remote access on any other PC that PC should set to accept remote connection.

And one more thing that can be done is, just share the Printer on LAN, so that any PC can directly access that Printer without any remote connection. But remember if the printer is not a network printer, then the PC on which the printer is connected should be turned on to access the printer.
