how to unlock tata photon plus dongle

how can i unlock my tata photon plus huawei dongle.
tried once by searching over the net,but didnt succeed.

already tried firmware update, but what to do next.each time i insert the dongle it shows tata photon plus and i tried to use docomo and aircel 2g sim ,but nothing changed.
