WP How to update to ios 14 and not ios 15 on an iPhone SE that's on ios 13 at present..

I have an iPhone SE (first gen) that I have not updated in a while...
It was being used occasionally for some calls every few days...
Now wife wants to use it..
Issue is she is unable to install Spotify as the phone is on ios 13..and Spotify doesn't support ios13 anymore.
I don't wish to bloat the phone with ios 15 as my understanding is, it will ruin the battery backup (88% health as of now) and the 15 would be too much for the old hardware..
Is there any way this could be updated to a compatible ios for which there is still Spotify support available.

Unfortunately not, Whenever Apple releases a new firmware version, it marks latest version as signed version and older version as unsigned. Apple restricts updating firmware to a unsigned version via Finder or Itunes. From https://ipsw.me/ for SE first gen, Only IOS 15 is signed.
