CPU/Mobo How to upgrade the bios ?

hello frnds,
need your help i wanna upgrade my bios. i have attached the pics here for your kind attention to know my rig. can anyone tell me the procedure to upgrade the bios. my pc bios is more than 2 years old. Pls have a luk at the pics and suggest me how do i upgrade the bios.

One more imp problem tht i am facing is that when i start my pc and press delete key for the bios setup it dosent appear. rather my monitor keeps blank. don't know wht the actual problem is. when i start the pc it starts normally and running abolutely fine.

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.:)

jus giv info abt which mobo u using??
if asus get asus update frm mobo cd n update bios frm windows itself.

u got d manual of the mobo then check it in bios n settings page there must b guide on how to flash bios........u need to first download d bios frm MSI site n get it onto a floppy etc...
asus has utility to update bios via windows.......dunno abt MSI but u can
figure it out from ur mobo manual.
