Laptops Hows this Sony netbook guys?

Buy it from a physical store like sony centre/croma/ezone itself as you wont get much discount on vaio laptops even if you search

online.croma,ezone etc may give you some discount but i doubt if sony centre will give any.
 
Samsung NX210 has much better features IMO. I need a netbook that

Personally, I feel that netbooks are piece of crap. If you do want one, don't go for Dell or HP or Sony. These are usually expensive. Check MSI, Acer, ASUS and Samsung.
 
^+1...they're all the same configuration...and all of them can be frustratingly slow...atom proccy after all...depends on why you need the netbook. Surfing only? Go for a cheaper one like MSI or Samsung.

Dude, they're bliss with Linux if you're only looking for surfing, low res movies, ebook reading etc
 
Why do you want sony?

How about Gateway LT21 or LT23 series?

They have excellent battery life and also better processor over SONY

i like to have the white color body.. also sony has 1.88Ghz proccy and 2 gb ram compared to gateway which has 1.6ghz and 1 gb ram

I have seen the older version of this netbook at sony showroom. Build quality is good and looks are excellent. But Sony does charge a premium for its brand name. I suppose, you may be able to find it online at somewhat cheaper price.
