3 main reasons, why you should go for the Dell studio 15 from the above options..

1. ATI 4570 dedicated GFX(ATI 4570 is better than 9200 GS in DV4 1241 tx by a large margin)
2. Screen is LED Backlit
3. Dell in home service warranty policy.(experience differs for various users but u may be the lucky one)
Peace

Then you can definitely go with Studio 15. Lenovo's config is not as strong as studio 15's, as you can see, it's not having GFX in the model you have mentioned above. So I would say not to go with it.

change in the budget plans...

requirement: 2-3 gb ram, 2.2ghz processor, 160-250 gb hdd, 14" will also do - preferrably led screen, a good performance graphic card, wifi, and other usb and lan ports, hdmi port, 5-in-1 card reader....

please suggest me something in this budget ne where between 30k-40k

thanks

My first preference here would be Dell Inspiron and then Acer 5738G. While Dell excels in quality and service, Acer excels in features and low after-warranty costs. Configuration wise both are more or less the same.

I'll strongly recommend the ACER 5738G/5738 depending on your budget than the Inspiron series. I've used both and the ACER one was much less costlier, lighter, better looking, better keyboard, LED back-lit 1366x768 HD display ( plus finger print recognition if it matters to you :p )

Besides, ACER provide International warranty and extending warranty costs much less than the DELL. some people have already reported about degrading DELL service in some places.

Acer 5738G would be a good option if you get it below 40k, since the new ones have ATI 4570.
Inspiron 15 is good option as long as gaming is not your priority since it only has onboard gfx, furthermore it costs around 36.5k only.

Peace~

i am getting acer 5738G.
config - T6600, C2D, 2.2 GHz processor. 4gb ddr3, 320 gb, 15'6 HD screen, ATI 512 mb dedicated graphics card, FPR, cam, BT, wifi, 3-usb ports, HDMI, lan pot, vxga port, 3d glasses... and many more other stuff... price=37500/- from an Acer dealer at lamington rd with 1yr international warranty.

is it a good deal?

PS: there was same config available in 3D model. U can watch 3D movies on this laptop, price 47K
