You confirmed the deal with me. We agreed to terms and conditions. The deal was confirmed on 6.8.08. I even paid you Rs. 500 as courier charges on 6.8.08.

you called me yesterday at 12:22PM (I've call log on my mobile for anyone to check) i,e before u posted the last one and confirmed me that the phone will be couriered yesterday.

And now suddenly u turned back.

Today i called u atleast 15 times - sent u 4 SMS - PM ed through Digit forum - u didn't answered.

If u have other intentions u should have told me clearly. I never forced u to sell ur phone to me.

But when u committed to someone - should you not stick to it?

that's what gentlemen do. BTW after I confirmed the deal with U I got an offer from Ankitm from TD forum - which was better. But I told him that I've already booked a phone.

Please pack the phone properly with lots of thermocol/foam/sponge to avoid damage. Remove the battery from the phone. Also use good courier like Blue Dart / DTDC. Do not use small franchisee - use their own branch. For branch office address you can use their website to find it.
Once shipped SMS /PM the courier details (name, tracking no., date of shipment etc.)

Also send me your bank details - if you have ICICI or State Bank of India bank account it will be best for me. For other banks like HDFC/AXIS etc I can deposit the money in your account at a local branch. Once satisfied with the phone - the money will be deposited/transferred the next business day.

Sorry for all the confusion actually i left my mobile today at home.

As i had told you earlier because of some circumstances i had not been able to ship you the mobile so if you want your money back atleast give me your account number.

And if you can wait till 1 pm tomarrow i will send you the tracking number of courier. Also please give me your account number i want to refund the money and you can give me the money only when you recieve the phone.

At Digit forum you were online at 6:37PM but didn't answered any of my PM.

when u came home and saw about 15 missed calls and 4 SMS from me asking details about the courier - shouldn't you give me a callback?

Also, U promised to send the phone yesterday - but when u failed should u not inform me?

If u are genuinely sending the phone tomorrow - then no problem.

But do not fail tomorrow also.

If u don't send the phone by tomorrow - then you please refund the money. no need to refund now.

i was negotiating with rishi without any idea of the deal with yours.... i had done with fixing the money part today and was about to confirm for shipping details after i get some doubts clear about scratches / warranty / pc connection / other stuff etc.

i guess i will back out, rishi get over with previous commitments. i am looking at other options...

Ok, the final is I could not been able to ship the phone today also. Actually I am not the main guy here I had to told other to ship it and he was delaying it. First he was out of Country now he was delaying it every time.

@Neo,
though its not ur fault - u must have quoted him a price more than 7.5K and thats when he turned greedy.
If possible tell ur quoted price - so that the whole story can be confirmed.
Actually when a deal is confirmed with someone - its customary to post that in the thread itself to avoid misunderstanding. All TE members including myself do this.

However I'm not used to this type of dealings - so I've PMed u my account no. So pls refund the money and sell ur phone to anyone u wish.

BTW
It would be better if u arrange for a auction for phone - that way u could get the highest price and ebay is the place not TE.
