HTC is not new, they make solid PDA phones. One of the best in the business in that segment.

I am HTC user for almost a year now. Great phones, great mod community.

Right uber, me as well using HTC for more than a year, solid phones and there graphics kicks every phones's ass any time/day/place.

Any idea about cost?

Unfortunately, HTC phones always look better in their posters.

How thick is it supposed to be? Most of HTC's phones have that problem - they don't fit into your jeans pockets.

EDIT: 11.5 mm. Not too bad, but they need to shave off 2 mm from that and then they'd kick iPhone ass, left right and centre.
 
man.. in my opinion the backside of this phone is plain ugly.. !! wat kinda pda phone has a nokia fashion phone kinda finish .. :(

Edit: I believe those are curves only at the back an not some kind of photographic/paint job??
 
Damn!! They have put in everthing I was looking for in a smart phone. I was going to buy motoQ9h tomorrow. But this is a double blow. First I came across a guide to flash my v3i to enable EDGE and now this. I would wait for it definitely.

However... no memory card slot
 
looks stuning... but i still like the rounded edges of my htc touch phone.. well personal choise mostly.. i read somewhere itll be arriving around Nov..
 
Lets wait for the pricing of the phone. If its priced decently, then it is definitely gonna sell like hot cakes, and give the iphone a run for its money :P

I knw who HTC are i have had the O2 Mini -O2 Atom --S710 so have been part of the HTC family for than a 2years, but never found the phones reliable .
 
I tried my colleagues' HTC touch some time back. the touch screen seemed quite unresponsive i.e. I had to use a lot of pressure to select anything. Funny...wonder how I'm the only one who felt it could use a little improvement.
 
Yeah most of these so called iphone killers don't have the best feature of the iphone - the 3.5" screen !
