hardly any difference...dimensions ...2gm less weight and bluetooth supporting a2dp...

and ya...talk time is 8 hrs compare to 5hrs of touch

Viva is just an Opal interface over HTC Touch.. and HTC touch does support a2dp Just get a cooked ROM. It has all the features..

mach next time copy the whole statement to understand...lol its 16.5k for viva....

The HTC Touch Pro (T7276) and HTC Touch Viva (T2223) will be available at a market price of Rs. 34,900 and Rs. 16,490, respectively, at all leading HTC authorized resellers across the country.

Just two words, 'WHY Windows'? :O

HTC makes such awesome hardware, couldn't they do their own Symbian flavour?

btw, touch has a flush screen, opal seems to have gone back one step. plus screen is actually back to the plastic, instead of glass.

I said the interface that they use ( Manila 2D ) is Touch 2D.

Anyways Symbian and WM you really cant compare those two OS.

People who have used WM for a year wouldn't like to switch to Symbian.

lol ... oops... sorry.. i did copy the full statement.. atleast i thought so, didnt realise when i posted it. Was sleepy ;) :hap2:

Not for a year but I used HTC for 5-6 months, HTC 3400i and HTC TYTN II both purchased in May-08, HTC 3400i recently sold on TE and HTC TYTN II also sold in new Delhi, I fully agree with you except multimedia part, which is pathetic. You even cant play video. Other than MM, WM mobile is unparallel.

But now I am on symbian N85 :bleh:

What "multimedia" feature is missing in WM?

All of them are there, ou can even play Divx and Xvid files but the sound quality is just average and the screen resolution is restricted to 65k ( limitation coz of WM)

Any video file play is clear jerky. Camera performance in still/video (both) is far from satisfactory besides average sound quality. This much I can say for HTC 3400i and HTC TYTN II used by me. Its really pain to find such inherent flaws in very high cost phone like HTC TYTN II. Just google it, you get many results
