HTC Touch Diamond 6.5 Rom Suggestion

Guys which is the most stable wm 6.5 rom for the htc touch diamond. I tried the energyrom but it seems slow & sluggish. Secondly my sim fails to detect sometimes with my touch diamond. I have to remove it and put it again to start using the sim. Any suggestions ?
 
if the sim port contacts are intact, get a sim replacement from your telco. try using some1 else's sim and verify its not the phone issue.

for sluggish roms:

1. master reset the phone

2. u need to flash ur phone with stock rom.

3. master reset again

4. flash rom of choice, use the energyrom

5. master reset again

6. let the auto customization setup finish

let us know how much faster it feels.

Ah okay. I think there is some problem with the sim port contact which needs to be fixed, because i tried getting the sim replaced but the problem persists. But any other good tried & tested wm 6.5 roms ? The feedback for energyrom has been negative so far. Anyway thx for the tips.
 
Have you tried the AZHotblood? or the D2 R2 Rev Y?

But with 6.5 if you try and save time or effort by skipping the above steps, you will see sluggish performance. Flashing to stock before any change somehow makes a huge difference.

Please elaborate on how do i go about flashing the stock firmware because i followed the guide from gizmodo and flashed to the energy rom after putting the hacks & radio update.

First up:

Join XDA Forums (Google it) and see the ROM Development Thread in the Diamond Section.

Avoid any other site/ forum as XDA is the best for Windows Mobile ROMs.

There you will get links to stock firmware, and better unlock tools, jump/ hard spl steps, as well as the latest ROMS.

Radio updates are something we can discuss later.
