The deal was smooth. I went on Holi, inspected the car, then we shook a deal. I took my friend along and we both driven it to Chennai. Car handled 2350kms easily. We got mileage of 18-19kmpl while cruising in 90-100kmph. It took almost 47 hours (~6 Hours break) for us to drive it back to my place.

In Delhi's side, I went to Parivahan's website and applied for NOC. I then visited the RTO a couple of times(even though it wasn't required) and made the guy approve the NOC at the 2 levels to make the process faster. After 2 weeks, the NOC came and I handed over the same to @Alpha . Now his side of work is being done.
PS: Baller move on @Alpha 's part for taking the car on a 2350Km trip!
NOC for delhi is faceless. you dont need to visit rto.
you will need aadhar of person you are transferring too. couple of downloaded forms, sign and upload.
insurance should be valid and vehicle should be challan free.
