I am going the Vista Way..but need help with drivers..

Hi aLL...

SO i have finally decided to got the vista way...installed vista and lo...driver issues...

I need the help with following drivers...

1. Motherboard and Agp Card - I have the drivers so no issue..

Please guide in the following

2. I use a Creative X-Fi Fatal1ty Edition..with i/o drive.. so need drivers..

3. I use a Canon ip1000 printer...need drivers..

4. I use a small blue tooth dongle..the drivers of xp is called broadcom wireless some thing..dunno if its real name..its a common dongle...one in a transparent blue pastic case...
need drivers for this ASAP.

5. and oh yeah the best Free ware or paid Antivirus and Internet security soln..

i got drivers for Sound card from creative itself..downloading...

but printer and bluetooth.nothing so far..

Try to do a online find for the drivers through the Windows Update or Microsoft Update. It usually finds all the drivers.

I found most drivers...will do a sys update today and post back which ones didnt work....

fingers crossed on bluetooth...printer..and my zune... rest is ok...

well... i did in my first post itself..

here goes..I need drivers in vista for the following

1. Canon ip1000 printer

2. Creative X-Fi Fatality Edition Sound card

3. MS zune 30 GB 1st Gen

4. Bluetooth dongle..has no name..just a transparent blue case..the driver for xp was called broadcom wireless so..i suppose it could be broadcom series or module...

well...here's what i downloaded today

1. creative drivers from site..some say its nopt good..have issue..its better to look Daniel K drivers.but some sites say..now its ok...

2. downloaded a bluetooth driver from broadcom itself..will see if it works.

3. downloaded a printer add on from canon site..hope its the stuff...

4. downloaded the zune software from the official site itself..they say its vista compatible..hope this works too..

What i need from u guys to confirm that this is the correct ones... well..tonight i will check them all... *fingers crossed*..hope they work..really hope..

That shud be fine. Chill yaar. Aaramm so go home and try it out. It should work properly. BTW you dint mention weather you had the 32 or 64 bit Vista.

A little OT where did you get the Zune ?

i use 32 bit ultimate... 64 bit got lots of issues regarding the softwares i use.. the next step will be that...

wil the drivers change then???? i mean when i use 64 bit ??

i got the zune + altec m604 zune speaker dock.. from starchzer some months back.....it was 5 months old when he sold......but was just like new..thats what he said too..i got it for 7.5k... nice price..
