31-40k I am in Dilemma! Should I upgrade my Present PC to AMD AM4 or AM5 or Intel LGA 1700 chipsets? Budget is limited to 40k

I think going with Ant Esports Box C Air is better for MFF build than Deepcool CH260 since it's not readily available until now right?

Is used RTX3070 8GB better than getting brand new Arc B580 12GB from abroad for 1440p monitor of mine(LG 32GK650F) ?

For how much can I get any used RTX3070 8GB now?

Used 3070 is ok for 17-18k. It is faster than B580 in raw performance & has DLSS but lacks VRAM. Just reduce texture quality when needed.
