Today somehow my mouse died :(. It was a laser precise speedster bought from here TE. Its had 3 yrs warranty with it and was purchased on 15th Dec 2009 but from kolkata.

As i am from Assam, can i avail warranty and any idea how to do it.

Also do you have any past experience with i-ball? Hows there RMA service and all.

Well thanks for that, i checked that and sent few mails. Actually i want to have anyone of you encountered iball rma before?
 
had a good time with i-ball, there RMA system is very good, they repaired my mouse and now its running like anything :)
