I just gave Axis Bank Thiefs 333Rs.

Ok this is a Rant. So if anyone cant take please leave. :(.

I did a mobile recharge using Axis netconnect for 333/- to my airtel mobile.

It wasnt credited. And the money was deducted. The issue was i did 2 consecutive charges under 10 mts.

They need 15 mts to process, i read later. :S.

This was last month. I called them up and registered a complaint. They said 15 days.

After that i called again, they registered a urgent complaint. They said 4 days.

After that i called again, they registered a priority complaint. They said 48 Hrs.

After that i called today again, they want to register a critical complaint and need 14 to 15 days.

WTF U ASSHOLES @ AXIS BANK?.

Dont this classify as some sort of stealing? What are they gonna do with my 333/-? buy chicken?

What more they need to clarify? They think i running a scam to get 333/-?

And the CC girl, she says she can understand. I told her, no u dont. when u get robbed, which u will, ull know.

I told her, "Keep the 333. Hope u theives prosper". And cut. :(

Axis was my first bank accnt. I loved the way they worked. always prompt and simple.

atleast the branch was. Always recommended AXIS to others.

Now they can go to hell.

YEa. I am not gonna call them again. I dont see the reason why i need to beg for money from theives.

Lol :P better to stick with PSU Banks. I really get scarred to deal with ICICI.. hidden charges never caught my attention till they charge.
 
Write to the banking ombudsman detailing what happened and mention the complaint numbers given by the bank. Best way to get AxisBank to resolve the issue.
 
Did you try sending a mail? The issues gets resolved much faster and efficiently for me when I send a mail rather than through phone. (ICICI Bank)

err.. I heard abt that ombudsman. But no idea abt the process or procedure. can u explain ?
 
Yea, send mail to the banking ombudsman.
Once my friend had done similar recharge of 100rs from ICICI bank. The recharge dint happen and money was credited.
My friend later sent a mail to the banking ombudsman along with complaint no.s, and the issue was resolved in 4-5 days.
Damn these private banks.

You may get frustrated while waiting for around 30mins to 1hour for depositing money, but you can be sure that your hard earned each penny is safe and not going to waste in some hidden charges. It may take 1 week to get your Internet Banking, ATM Card, Credit Card etc to be issued / delivered, but you'll be informed about each and every charges, nothing is written in small letters.

Go To your Nearest SBI Branch :D

BTW we've our salary A/c on Axis, so we didn't faced any big problem like this still. But better I take your words as warning.
 
^^ Agree ... all banks are chors. PSU bank fellows have a huge attitude. Private bank fellows know that they'd be supported by higher-ups in their chori. Ombudsman is banks' pimp.

Try consumer forum.
 
Right all are chors....had a similar bad experience with HDFC.

In the branch there was this long poster saying HDFC gets the bank of the year award.

I pointed out the same to the guy while arguing with him.. lol , and the look on his face.. :P
 
HDFC is big time loser, I have a savings account with HDFC which i am trying to close since 2009 but the buggers just keep processing my form, never close it.

Reason for closing: I have not maintained AQB since march 2009 & now its more than rs.4k non maintenance charges on my a/c, so every time i deposit even Rs.1 they deduct it as Non maintenance charge :bleh:, but Since i left HDFC long back it does not matter me.

Pvt sector banks show that they are professional & neat etc but in reality they just await an opportunity to charge some hidden charge then say they had mentioned in their policy agreement :@
 
Damn I thought i was the one " a big time fool" when my canara bank / axis bank both ate 250/-...

Its like Axis paid and my canara bank never received.. Its like "Nobody killed my money"

Once I recharged with HDFC and it was not credited to my mobile and when I registered a complaint and money was credited to my account twice :D .. This happened to me with a PVR movie ticket as well.... hence HDFC is best bank for me :D
 
^ Happened once for me too with HDFC, recharge was successful but they refunded the amount with no complaint or request from my side. ;) :P
 
So their statistics would show that they have somehow lost the money and they would do the exact opposite to someone else to recompensate for what extra you've got. Your gain is someone's loss :)
