Dont know about your budget but considering unreasonable prices currently, there is a new 5600XT available for ₹35k on Aashirwad Computers.

I have a 2060 super bought in Aug 2019 for sale. I have no idea about the price as I am new to this site. Please advise what is the max you can give for the card. I am selling the card as I work in merchant navy and will be joining the ship soon.
