Due to the lack of 3 pin fan connectors on my motherboard I need 4-pin Molex to 3-Pin Female Socket Cable Adapters - TWO PIECES-- like this here
4-pin Molex to 3-Pin Female Socket Cable Adapter Sleeved [4FAN3PIN] : Performance-PCs.com, ... sleeve it and they will come

Does anyone know where these can be sourced?

If anyone has this connector/adapter can you please let me know if you can sell/spare a couple of these for me.

LOL one need not source it from the US. You get these in most electronic component and computer stores locally. Enquire with your dealer.

OR..

you can check out how to remove the wires from your can 3pin connectors (reversible process) and stick them directly in the molex 4pin connector of the psu.

seal the whole thing with plastic wrap and that will give you the same effect without spending a buck.

some sort of idea from video.. although it works perfectly with use of a tweezer for me.

just remove the black -ve and red 12V wires and let the rpm wire in connector so that you dont lose it,.
