Mods : I would Like to bring this to your notice. Kindly refer the last message received by me on 21 Dec. 2010 from "sickizblank" ~ Vinay after tons of follow-up for the Damaged RAM.

TE Members : Be rest assured before dealing with him as i have been chasing him for the Ram since 14 Sep. 2009 still not sorted.

I want JUSTICE!!!

Sorry, I would take some of your precious time presenting the fraud took place with me and would also require your help to fight against it. I donot like to post such things But now its up-to my limit.

Now i should say you have to admit your fault and bring the truth among us. I would not present my words/comments at all, Your own messages and the thread would convey my message. I have all the proofs with me so when you state something to defend yourself provide its proof as well.

1. Vinay's comment : "Both RAM's were working and as far as i know, a screenshot showing 4GB of RAM @ 667 was shown to you as well." - Kindly go through your Thread and let us know where is the screenshot showing RAM, only one system screen shot showing Processor was provided. I have all of them downloaded at my end so MODS if the images are deleted i would provide you the same.

2. Vinay's comment : "There isn't anything that can be done about it, had given you the bill." - No Bill was provided at all instead of asking for several times. Your own mail states that you didn't sent me the Bill for the stated reasons.Proof attached as follows:

I cannot actually send the bill through the courier for obvious reasons. Plus it has more stuff like Chassis , LCD etc. So I'm sorry I won't be able to send you the copy / original bill. Although if there's any issue , you may PM , i'll help you out in sorting.

The RAM, when sent, was in 100% working condition. It was damaged at your end, probably. It's not that I'm being ignorant or whatever about it. But then it was a fault which occurred at your end. Both RAM's were working and as far as i know, a screenshot showing 4GB of RAM @ 667 was shown to you as well.

Sep. 2009 :O where had u been all this time. You should have brought this to notice to the TE clan for some help.

Anyways, this is some serious issue now.Gotta be solved soon.
 
I am still a little confused with all those quotes. Where exactly is the RAM located now? With the OP or the seller?
 
More than a year for a ram stick is just too much. Why didn't you create the thread a bit earlier?
 
I have had a tough time with this guy before. This guy is the least communicative that there is. Does not reply to PMs, messages or calls and pretends to be busy. I've dealt with 102 members in the forum till date and he has been the most lethargic by far that it prompted me to open a market thread to draw his attention.

^you are right. Sellers can't leave negative feedback there even if you give them negative afaik. I think its only if bought with Paisapay.
 
@ Alias I don't know exactly But couriered the faulty Ram to Vinay and then got a reply from him after bunch of follow-ups that the Ram is been replaced and is in his hands now. He also stated he is going to send me the Replaced Ram back to me But afterwards NOTHING received uptil now.

@ TE Members : Yes its September 2009. I thought that he must be busy and would send back me the ram genuinely. Thus waited for his reply for along time But when i got his message stating that he cannot do anything and forget about the Ram then i was hardly striked to open this Thread.(Kindly refer the last Message from him)

Dude, this is bad man. I'm from Delhi. Send me his address/phone no. if you have and lemme see if something can be done. Better yet, make everything about him public. He must be on some social networking site and we can use those to shame him publicly. Maybe that might prompt him to make good on his deal.

Remove iTrader as its useless. Many people are putting up positive feedbacks and very handful do what needs to be done. Keep a simple policy- if it causes any buyer/seller any headache, suspend that person's market access temporarily/permanently.

I really didn't want to create a separate thread for this as this is just a thought. Please consider to bring back the not-so-old portal system and rename "work in progress" section to member's contribution section, then push it back to the top while it belongs? Such seemingly "insignificant" stuff in the past was like an encouragement for the people to contribute content for the good of the community and it did help few of the best writers we still have- there's DS who writes his heart out and then we have Faheem. These guys aren't "pro" but we're all self-learnt. Think about it ;). Admins? This forum stood strong because of strong/fruitful/ original content and community base.

I think iTrader should not be removed as it helps people to know whether the buyer/seller is genuine or not but yeah i agree with suspension part.... if buyer/seller create any problem then he should be banned from market for some time and i would also request mods to please close market section,coupons thread and sign up thread for newbies as they are on TE only for these specific threads and are doing no good to this forum.....
 
Well, I think TE is already having such rules, like Market Threads cannot be created before crossing some limits. I know the seller is guilty, but isn't the buyer too??

We see many threads comes up now and then complaining these type of things, why does buyer gives positive rating even not after having a smooth deal?? This deal should have been concluded with negative points, and for others there are something named "neutral" too, which many don't even opt for.

And I really don't see any sense here of waiting for more than 1year for a deal, sorry @OP but that's true, no one in this universe is so busy not even the President.

This sukant guy http://www.techenclave.com/members/sukant.html have total 11 post but still he's able to sell and buy stuff from market section..... MODS removed all limits which is not good..... many more members like him are creating threads in market section....
