hi,which good i5 mobo comes under 5k-6k(budget) other than 'DP55 WB' .

no over clocking .. will b using 6 gb ram..and a normal graphics card..
need a fast reply..:)

The most stable cheap mobo for P55 is the Gigabyte P55M-UD2 (Costs ~ 6.2k).

Its a micro-atx board though.

If you need an atx one then try the Gigabyte P55-US3L (6.5k)

But both have only 4 ram slots, so if you're planning to get 6x1GB rams, it aint for you.

thanx....m planing 2 go with 3x2gb ram....

any other suggestion other than this pls..
it is strict abt budget..:ashamed:

Why do you want 3x2GB? This platform does not support tri-channel memory.
You should look at H55 motherboards, they tend to be a bit cheaper and are compatiable with all LGA1156 processors.
Also don't skimp on the price if a good motherboard like the P55 UD2 is just a couple hundred INR out of budget.

Then go for 2x2GB RAM now and add another 4GB later.
P55M-UD2. No competition.

Here's one of the cheapest H55 chipset based boards out there if you are on a really tight budget:-

pls help me i will b goin S.P road again......:)

one more thing...

this P55-US 3L got diffrent versions Rev 2.0 nd Rev 1.1

Rev 2.0 is Intel® H55 Express Chipset and Rev 1.1 is got Intel® P55 Express Chipset

which one is good Intel H55 or Intel P55 ??

The H55 if you are going ti use the dual core i5/i3 "clarkdale" processors and will use the on-board video.

But if you are going to use a discrete graphic card, then definitely take the P55.

Yes. i am sure about that.

There seem to be quite a few component differences.
The UD2 has all solid capacitors whereas the US3L has solid ones only in the CPU VRM area. Ofcourse, that is if we are both looking at the same board...
EDIT:- My bad, i was talking about the H55M S2H. But the same seems to apply to the P55 US3L.

But it shoudn't affect OP much, he doesn't plan on overclocking. P55/H55 boards are still way more expensive than they should be. :(
