[IC] Imported Dell LED Monitors

One of my friend mentioned that it will be onsite warranty...
If anyone can help me with DELL service centre process, can confirm that as well..
 
Confirmed the warranty part with DELL customer care...
Warranty will be available from Manufacturer date to 3 years...
Let's say: if my Dell LED Manufacturer date is OCT 2012, Then warranty will be available till OCT 2015...

Hope, I clear doubts regarding warranty...

A member who works in Dell said warranty does not apply to monitors purchased outside India.

Also, whats the deal with this IC? Doesn't seem to be following the guidelines in the sticky : http://www.techenclave.com/community/threads/how-to-conduct-a-go-group-order.104857/ . If this is just setting up a proxy shop for a dealer, please note that its not allowed.

Does it mean that DELL customer representative told me a lie regarding warranty info..
As a Staff, If you want I can provide you serial number.. so that you can check it by yourself...
