i need an ide hdd for my external casing. Preferable capacity are 250/320gb more is acceptable

Price: open to offers
warranty: never mind
condition: must be running one (bad sectors acceptable)

i have one 250gb ide seagate 4yrs old taken from a Lacie apple external drive.

works flawless except for the ending 9-10gb have badsectors somewhere.

was using it as a movie dumping ground, now its resting in the drawer. :P

if you r from mumbai you can personally check it and then decide.

but if you are from other place then i wont ship it coz if anything goes wrong then again its a pain for us to reverse the deal... So it will be like no gain bt only pain for both of us.:ashamed:
 
the disk is still under 14 months warranty bt apple sells OEM products so we cant claim on such products without a proper bill.

i really wont be shipping it mate. Its hassleful thing. You can only use it first 198-212gb roughly and in hdd sentinal too it shows the life RED since past 3 yrs but its still working. Still excuse me as its best we dont deal on this item. It can be dead anytime now.

Btw currently a friend is using it just like you---external casing.

I trade that thing with a hitachi 250gb sata2 disk.

He too is looking for a local sale due to issues.
