How do you find T-Peos Popular as compared to GR02 B.E.?

Unfortunately I am yet to even see it. Since this one is for my brother, I am yet to have a hands-on, which looks possible tomorrow evening.

Update:
Could listen to it for 5 mins or so for 1 song. Stock tips were not that good at isolation and fit, however with my current tips of GR02-BE, isolation improved to a very good extent. Both the times I used bi-flange ones. First impression/comparison to GR02-BE is vocals are more clear. In my current IEMs, vocals are at times kind off suppressed by instrument sounds.
