I'm 80kg... help me to loss weight!

^^ 25kg is too much loose....first aim to be in shape....concentrate on loosing fat not muscle...weight is just a number.... :)

i m 101kg and height is 183cm :)

lost only 10kg in last 8months....when i ask ppl about my weight ...i always get reply like approx 90kgs....:) ...as i said weight is just a number.

be patience ...u r not going to get result overnight

here is my workout....followed for first 4months ....

Day 1 : cardio n abs

Day 2 : Back n biceps

Day 3 : cardio n abs

Day 4 : Chest , shoulder n triceps

Day 5 : cardio

Day 6 : Legs (Squat and lunges are main).

Day 7 : REST DAY

Maintain ur diet during these months.
 
Thanks Universal.Will do that.What i am looking at after is reduce my tummy which is big and my face which looks damn huge with fat around it.

What diet should i be looking at??.Can some post a good diet plan( a complete one).
 
^^All you need is strong will and hope. Until and unless you have those two things you won't be able to reduce . The most important is the guts to never give up.
