What does having experience mean in general ?
I ask this because I am searching for a job these days in Cisco VoIP field, have cleared some voice certifications but every job requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience but I am a fresher. I applied in a company asking for a minimum of 1 year exp but they rejected me saying they will not take freshers(I perfectly matched their requirement except for experience) .
Now how will I land up in a job of my field if every company requires experience ? The companies not asking for any experience are mostly BPO's which is not my field !
